The summer road repair campaign has begun.

The time of summer holidays is inexorably approaching. Many Yugor residents traditionally plan to go to places of recreation by road. For all autotravelers it will be useful to get acquainted with the summary of the repair work on the federal highways of the Urals and western Siberia.

In the afternoon of Friday, May 17, at the 710th kilometer of the Nefteyugansk-Mamontovo highway, they plan to launch a reverse movement. Repair of the road will continue until mid-summer. TASS was informed by the deputy director of the Surgut branch of the Ugra road administration Andrey Buky.

On May 5, due to a sharp inflow of meltwater, the road collapsed at the 710th kilometer of the Nefteyugansk-Mamontovo highway. Repair began on May 6th. According to Severavtodor, by May 15, backfilling of the culverts with sand, layer-by-layer compaction of sand with a vibratory roller, dismantling the body of the embankment over the old pipe, strengthening the exit head of gravel, dismantling the temporary dam, launching water into new pipes, dismantling old pipes were completed.

In the Urals, a road repair campaign began. In some parts of the federal highway traffic will be restricted. Road workers urge to treat this with understanding and plan their route in advance, taking into account possible traffic difficulties.

- Reverse movement near the railway crossing in Bogdanovich. Repairs. Deadline: from 13 to 20 May. A detour is possible through the Sukhoy Log and Kalinovskoye with departures to the federal highway at 92 and 128 km.

- Reversal movement near the village of Yushala, Tugulymsky District (from 240 to 250 km). Overhaul with extension to four lanes. Deadline: December 2019.

M-5 "Ural", Entrance to Ekaterinburg:

- One lane is blocked in each direction in the area from 178 to 183 km near the village of Oktyabrsky. Overhaul. Deadline: from 10 to 17 May.

- The closure of the overpass at 187 km near the village of Patrushi. Repairs. Deadline: from April 1 to July 1.
